I'm a certified Processworker, seasoned Authentic Movement practitioner, and Social Presencing Theater teacher. During my 35 years of exploring body-mind approaches to personal and collective growth, I have also been informed by modern and improvisational dance, yoga, Continuum, and tai chi.

In my work, I use a unique combination of Processwork , Authentic Movement and Social Presencing Theater to support and accompany people who are curious about the ways they move through the world. Together we engage the senses and the body in self-discovery and growth. With movement, stillness, sounds, words, silence, and art, we tap into embodied knowing.
